1.Ruia Group has acquired the assets of Germany's Henniges Automotive Grefrath. Henniges was on liquidation following the recession in Europe. It is the group's second acquisition in Europe after UK-based Schlegel.

2.BSE on Tuesday said it has changed the trading hours to 9.45 am to 3.30 as against the earlier 9.55 am to 3.30 pm in the Equity and Equity Derivatives segments on all business days.

>This is the outcome of a caliberated strategy to increase business volume at the exchange.

3.The country's second-largest software exporter Infosys Technologies on Tuesday said it has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Brazil.

>The subsidiary, called Infosys Tecnologia Do Brasil.

4.Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI), the 100% owned 2-wheeler subsidiary of the Honda Motor Company , Japan – the world’s largest manufacturer of 2-wheelers, today marked its foray into the mass segment through the launch of its first 110 cc bike CB Twister.

5.Tata Communications today announced that it has appointed David Wirt as its Global Head of Managed Services.
